This part of the website mirrors section seven of our interactive digital resource
Quality, innovation and value in cardiac rehabilitation: commissioning for improvement, and endeavours to share the major outputs from the national CR projects and other work we have gathered or seen along the way in the form of a resource library.
The types of resources presented include relevant local guidelines, strategies and protocols, copies of service specifications and business cases together with brief summaries of each of the CR national projects. Each resource is listed by the responsible project team (where relevant) as well as by ‘type’ of resource to enable readers to locate resources as easily as possible.
The main aim is to showcase and share some of the achievements, outcomes and learning points from the national projects and beyond to assist with the successful commissioning and delivery of CR services. The resources featured are not intended to provide definitive guidance on 'how to do it'; nor are they exemplar resources endorsed by NHS Improvement. However, we hope that they will help guide commissioners and providers with ‘what works’ and save others from reinventing the wheel.
