Staff Engagement Survey

In order to achieve process excellence some teams may feel the need for support to understand and improve staff engagement in their area.

We aim here to provide you with useful information and tools to go beyond measurement to achieving improvement in engagement that leads to improvement in overall team performance.

Cytology Self Assessment Tool (CSAT)

This web-based cytology self assessment tool is an online support for all users in the cytology pathway to assess themselves against the key improvements that Phase 1 sites have applied to achieve the 14 day target. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the Cytology Improvement Guide launched in November 2009.
