Helping to achieve low waiting times
NHS Deputy Chief Executive David Flory is encouraging Chief Executives across the health service to visit our website to see how we are helping to sustain low waiting times through clinical pathway redesign.
In a letter to all NHS Chief Executives, he says: “Improvements to pathway design can also support sustainable low waiting times. Clinical engagement is essential in redesigning effective, efficient pathways. Examples of good practice pathways can be found on the NHS Improvement website, for example for diagnostics, audiology and other major conditions.”
